  I am a new patient at Castle Pines Eye Care. I chose Castle Pines because of the great reviews online. I went in today for my appointment and was not disappointed!! The paperwork at check in was quick and easy! I was taken right in for my appointment. Coming from Parker Vision Specialists I usually have to wait a while to see the Dr., so I was shocked when Dr. Ortman came right in and I didn't have to wait. For four years I had been given a lower prescription than I needed. After going to Castle Pines Eye Care today, I can finally actually see the street signs when I drive! Thank you Dr. Ortman for making this such an easy process, giving me the correct contact prescription, and contacts that feel great with my dry eyes. I would recommend Castle Pines Eye Care to anyone!

  The experience from start to finish was great. Paperwork was all done electronically at checkin. Every step of the exam was well explained. They went through the results after testing in great detail. Their equipment was top notch and I walked away with some great new glasses. There was no hard sales pitch and the experience could not have been better.
